Thank you for shopping with NEKAS.

We proudly ship our products worldwide from Latvia. Every order is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.


Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Latvia: 1–3 business days

  • European Union: 3–10 business days

  • International: 5–20 business days

Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package size, and shipping method.

We offer:

  • Free shipping within Latvia on all orders.

  • Free shipping to European Union countries on orders over €500.

  • For destinations where shipping large items (such as oversized canvas artwork) is unusually expensive, free shipping may instead apply to orders over €1,000. This helps ensure we can continue offering fair shipping rates worldwide.

If free shipping is available for your order, it will automatically be applied during checkout.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.


Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

NEKAS cannot be responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nekas.shop.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and do our best to resolve it quickly.


Delays Beyond Our Control

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, NEKAS is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs inspections

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes

  • Public holidays

  • Other events outside our reasonable control
