At NEKAS.shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Include any original tags (if applicable).

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@nekas.shop. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Digital products (if offered).

  • Products showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.


European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

This right does not apply to personalized or custom-made products where permitted by applicable law.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
